  1. Every successful listing begins with a properly prepared home! Listing your home is hard work. I will begin with a tour of your home and will provide a detailed list of my recommendations on how to prepare your property for the market. When you are selling your home, remember you are selling a product! You must do your best to put your sentimental attachments aside and allow your agent to give you an honest perspective as to what buyers are looking for!

    If you are not in a position to be able to manage the necessary projects, we offer a service to assist!

  2. Professional Photography is something I require of all my listings! The cost is included as part of my services (not an additional expense to you). Today’s buyers begin their search online. Having amazing photos is the first step to marketing a home!

  3. Private Exclusive AND Coming Soon advertising with a professionally written description, all the property data, and the professional photographs. Note: This will build the anticipation leading up to the launch of your listing. I’m happy to discuss in more detail! Just complete the form below and I’ll reach out.

  4. If we do not sell quietly, we will enter the listing into the Multiple Listing Server (MLS), which will then populate across all third party real estate sites.

  5. I have a preferred timeline that I like to use for my launch! I would like to discuss my typical marketing plan further with you! Simply complete the form below so I can reach out.

  6. Although I’ve had some hot properties fly off the market quickly, not every listing sells in the first few weeks. I watch every listing closely and prepare an ongoing marketing plan as needed that will include a variety of techniques that I will be happy to discuss!

  7. We all know that the bulk of a Realtor’s job begins after an offer is received. Negotiating Terms, Negotiating Inspections, Paperwork, Managing Repairs, Coordinating Settlement… My clients benefit from our expert transaction coordination to provide confidence as they navigate the transaction.
